Problema con certificado Ssl de Aws

Rengo un sitio alojado en AWS. Al subir el certificado SSL e intentar reiniciar la instancia me salió este error en la terminal:

Action 'start' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.

Al parecer tiene algo que ver con la configuración del certificado. La verdad necesito esto urgente y siendo muy sincero, no tengo mucho presupuesto. Sé que es un trabajo que no es muy extenso.
Agradezco rápidamente sus propuestas.
