Problema con plugin

Hola, tengo un pluging de facturación, sin embargo, tengo un problema para realizar pagos con la opción de pago de Woocommerce. No me permite realizar pagos, ni tramita la compra. Si elijo otra forma de pago como depósitos, también me da error.

Cuando trato de pagar con la tarjeta me dice: The string did not match the expected pattern.

Y si es por otro medio de pago dice: Error al procesar el pedido. Inténtalo de nuevo

Intenté hacer una compra con un producto y funcionó perfectamente. Entonces debe ser un problema con el plugin de factura.
