Hola, si bien consiste este proyecto en crear una aplicacion, pues bien la tarea de este es muy facil, Al activar o arrancar el app debe realizar esto, detallo lo siguiente:
1. Activar Modo Avion o Fuera de Linea, esperar 3 segundos y desactivarlo.
2. Inmediatamente dirigirse ala configuracion apn y marcar el apn de nombre1, esperar 7 segundos, y  colocar o marcar al apn de nombre2.
3. Por ultimo, activar Zona Portatil o Punto de Acceso.
