Las funciones son: mantenimiento del sistema, cotización, publicación y elección de desarrolladores freelance para que realicen los módulos relacionados con el proyecto. Coordinación del recurso IT interno.
De preferencia una reunión quincenal presencial y una semanal vía Skype
