Professional Video Editor for Youtube Channel (2 videos/week)

I am seeking a professional video editor to handle the editing of short videos for my YouTube channel. The videos are typically between 5 and 10 minutes in length and consist of talking head segments combined with B-roll footage.

The editing style should be clean and modern, incorporating smooth transitions, appropriate background music, and dynamic elements such as captions, zoom-ins, and jump cuts where necessary to maintain viewer engagement.

My primary goal is to enhance the quality of my content to facilitate channel growth and increase audience retention. I will provide all necessary raw footage for each video.
