2 señales input de activacion de puerta
dos señales otput
1****señal de palanca en posicion debe detectar por 5 segundos, y señal de puerta cerrada tambien debe estar activada , si no detecta durante este tiempo inicia nuevamente hasta que termine de detectar por 5 seg,  ya que pasen los 5 segundos activamos  output 1  y 2,
2**** señal input de puerta se abre (deja de detectar ) hasta que no vuelva a detectar un 1 activa output 2  y output 1 que libera palanca y se vuelve a iniciar el loop, donde debe volver a detectar palanca por 5 segundos
