Preciso de um programa que ao reconhecer uma frase específica em um anúncio de um canal no telegram emita um audio pelo sistema do próprio computador.

Os anúncios ocorrem em horarios aleatórios em um canal no telegram, no entanto os que me interessam são específicos e posso identificá-los por uma simples frase, assim que essa frase surgir em algum dos posts do canal no telegram, preciso emitir um alerta sonoro no computador.
