O projeto basicamente se assemelha a um Software de Relatórios e Captura de XML de documentos fiscais. O Software é Makroxml.
Não sei se é mais viável fazer esse online para uma possível associação com uma área restrita para clientes e contadores cadastrados, ou um software básico de captura desses e um painel de controle online.
