Programação de app mobile para Ios e Android

I'm looking for an app developer, willing to develop an app related to self development and meditation. I look for someone who is extremely talented, reliable and professional. I am on a budget and would prefer a person who could work part time on the project on an ongoing basis at a reasonable price.


The three most important items for the app is to be easy to use and interface with my audience, be efficient at taking payments from different parts of the world, and be able to have other products and services not just songs. If it could be interfaced by me with out needing to code software would be important as well. This is a project to keep developing, not to do and finish there.
