Se necesita la creación de un panel de gestión para administrar los Beacons y desde esta misma aplicación enviar los mensajes o contenidos a los teléfonos.  La idea es que se utilice la biblioteca de Google Eddystone ya que utiliza el googlechrome instalado en el teléfono Android y iOS para el envío de mensajes a los teléfonos sin necesidad de descargarse un app.
