I have a wordpress site set up in spanish. I need someone who can replicate the site so that I can then go in and input the information in English and have the site in both languages. I then need to install a plug-in that can detect if the IP address so that the website that is shown to the users from Mexico is in spanish and the ones in the USA in English.
Finally, I just need help linking my paypal accounts to these sites.
