Necesito un sistema de gesiton de llamadas en frio con voice broadcasting algo similar asi

combinado con la app donde se hagan llamadas en frio con una grabacion y una base de datos
ejemplo subo 3000 numeros y que marque 1 a 1 y que en cuanto contesten esuchen la grabacion y que la grabacion diga si quieres mi producto digita 1 sino digita 2 etc
