Estoy buscando alguien que sepa de programación web, y css

Lo que quiero programar una pagina para tener la información de tabla de posiciones y resultados en vivo de varios deportes.
Tengo entendido que esto se hace con apis pero no se como funciona exactamente.

Espero alguien que tenga experiencia aqui me pueda ayudar.

Será un programa libre y gratuito para todos
