Desenvolver uma View drag and drop pode ser com a JQUERYUI para captura de posicionamento e tamanho dos objetos largados. Os itens arrastados podem ser imagem ou texto, em caso de texto vamos coletar  informações de posicionamento e propriedades de formatação.
Estilizacao e design fazem parte do projeto. Estrutura deve ser em MVC conforme anexo, arquivos separados e documentados para facilitar integração com outros projetos.
