Una app de mensajería donde el administrador pueda enviarle a todo el grupo o los usuarios que seleccione, dos mensajes, pero que el segundo solo pueda verlo quien acepte primero, el resto solo verá un mensaje que diga: otro usuario acepto el pedido.
Es indispensable que solo el administrador pueda hablar o escribir en el grupo, pero el resto no. Que solo el administrador vea a los usuarios. Que luego en forma individual si pueda haber un intercambio de mensajes.
