Olá!

Preciso de app que exiba o meu site ( como se fosse um web app ) mas que contenha também um service em background que acesse uma segunda página na internet .

O service do app deve ser iniciado no boot,  sendo que a página que será aberta pelo service deverá permanecer oculta, se possível, sem abrir o navegador padrão (para não aparecer no gerenciador de tarefas) e ser atualizada a cada 60 segundos.
