iniciar sesión,
registrar algunos datos de acuerdo al funcionamiento de la app.
Que emita una notificación a todos los usuarios registrados en la app,
la notificación son avisos predefinidos, pero que permita registrar mas avisos,
la notificación tiene datos ya registrados en la app,
la notificación también mostrará una ubicación elegida por quien emite la solicitud,
(no la ubicación del celular, sino una ubicación que el usuario elija).
