Desenvolver o CRUD no AngularJS buscando o X-csrf-token no get e enviando ele no post.

O SAP é o servidor back-end, ele se encarrega de fazer todo o processamento.
Como front-end existe uma página HTML chamando uma aplicação em angularJS para fazer o CRUD.

No que existe hoje o GET é feito com sucesso e retornado na página. Pode se observar no link:
http://sapconnect.educacao.ws/Page/teste.html

Quando passo o comando X-csrf-token: fetch no header da requisição, a página retorna erro.

No servidor está tudo configurado corretamente, uma vez que pelo postman e RestClient (APIs de serviços REST) funciona perfeitamente quando envio esse comando.

Portanto a necessidade real é buscar esse token no header, e fazer um post alterando alguma informação passando o token.
