My goal is as follow. Imagine I receive a purchase order in my Multichannel Inventory Software. Then I would like to have that information (Customer, Product, Value, Address, etc) in my CRM Software.
This way I can work my customer only from my CRM. Now imagine I make the fulfill of my customer order. In the Pipeline I would like to move my deal to "Fulfillment" stage and automatically my Inventory Software would mark this order at Fulfillment.
This is one (without many details) of many things I would like to have. Do you think would be possible?
