Poseo sólo la idea de lo que quiero desarrollar. Anteriormente no he administrado este tipo de proyectos. El desarrollo debe contemplar una integración con API. Deberá tener compatibilidad con iPhone y Android. El freelancer sería para un proyecto. Mi idea es pagar por la totalidad del proyecto finalizado. Necesito a alguien que trabaje variando de tiempo parcial a completo según sea necesario.
