I have only the idea I want to carry out. In the past I've not managed this type of projects. The development requires integration with social networks, payment processors and cloud hosting services. The freelancer will have to fill the role of a developer. This hiring would be for a project. I intend to pay for the total project completed. I need someone to work part-time or full-time as necessary.
