Tenho uma aplicação de controle compras voltado para empresas públicas, gerenciar contratos,  para cada contrato são geradas ordens de compras ou serviços (oc); após gerar a oc a mesma é autorizada via internet (browse) com usuário e senha,  a mesma só será liberada após autorização. Hoje mando via sms uma mensagem avisando que tem uma oc para ser liberada, gostaria de criar um app que fizesse esse trabalho.
