Estoy buscando a un diseñador de programas para crear una nueva app de chat en una institución  educacional (UNIVERSIDAD) . Necesito el diseño de mi app , buen servidor, localizador, aplicacion del hosting, crear acceso a la informacion de todos los alumnos de la universidad , la app solamente funcionará  como un servidor cerrado( sólo alumnos de la universidad podrán ingresar con el codigo de usuario y su contraseña.)
