Aplicación Android Necesito el diseño y la construcción El proyecto consiste de una app de entrada de datos en un formulario offline sqlite.

La aplicación debe tener la habilidad de hacer check-in y check-out en una base de datos sql server en azure cuando se cuente con conexión. Para sincronizar los datos datos capturados en terreno u obtener tablas de referencia.

Los tipos de datos capturados en terreno son texto, numeros, coordenadas GPS y fotos capturadas con la cámara.
Es imperativo que el desarrollador tenga experiencia comprobable usando Ionic Framework y ser capaz de mostrar progreso subiendo las actualizaciones a bitbucket.
