Busquen la app llamada QuizUp.

La idea es una plataforma idéntica, con la única modificación que en vez de retar a tus amigos a cuestionarios de temas, los retos serán por encontrar al ganador de un equipo en cualquier deporte mundial.

Comenzaría la app con coins (dinero ficticio), para después se hagan las apuestas con dinero real entre amigos, donde la app solo tendría función de intermediaria.
