Tengo sólo la idea de lo que quiero desarrollar. Anteriormente no he administrado este tipo de proyectos. El desarrollo debe contemplar una integración con procesadores de pagos, servicios de alojamiento en la nube y API. El desarrollo deberá operar sobre iPhone y Android. El freelancer sería para un proyecto. Mi idea es pagar por la totalidad del proyecto finalizado. Necesito a alguien que trabaje variando de tiempo parcial a completo según sea necesario.
