Projeto simples utilizando a biblioteca OxyPlot, onde deve ser feito com barra horizontal, com a aparencia anexada.

Apesar de ser "data", este valor deve ser considerado como string.
No titulo, o total é o somatório de todos os valores do campo "total".
Todos os valores devem estar formatados até considerar milhão Ex: 1.568.500
Os valores das barras devem ter opção de centralizar ou deixar no topo (dentro da barra).
As cores devem ser facilmente configuráveis com rgb
