Desarrollar programa que lea información de archivos de Excel o CSV,  y suba la información de estos archivos a una base de datos Mysql.

El Desarrollo se requiere en lenguaje php corriendo sobre  iis.

Se requiere conocimiento del lenguaje de desarrollo, así como de conectividad y manejo de base de datos.

Este es un proyecto pequeño inicial que puede servir de entrada para desarrollar otros proyectos sobre la misma línea.
