Tengo un call center que opera con una central asterix y la palataforma vicidial, quiero desarrollar la plataforma a fin de que pueda operar desde internet y que la conexión de los agentes pueda hacerse desde su casa a través de internet sin requerir una vpn. En caso de poder trabajar con VICIDIAL me interesa desarrollar una herramienta propia de administración y gestión de call center virtual
