Necesito una aplicación web y una aplicación móvil hibrida para “consultas médicas virtuales” por medio de videoconferencia y chat, construida con tecnología WebRTC, backend en phyton y frontend en Angular2 con exportacion a aplicación móvil. En la aplicación una persona se registra con login y contraseña, ingresa a una sala virtual, escoge entre un listado de profesionales disponibles online y se comunica con este mediante chat y videoconferencia. Al finalizar la consulta  medica virtual, el usuario puede calificar al medico y a la calidad de la videoconferencia, además de escoger un medico como favorito.


VISIÓN del desarrollo:
- sitio web con chat y video conferencia
- utilizar webrtc, python, angular2
- el sitio debe ser compatible con todos los principales navegadores
- el sitio debe exportarse tambien a aplicación móvil hibrida
