Programming strategy for algorithmic trading (Automation Trading)

We have developed a program through a company called Algo Trader to use their system for automated trading. We need a programmer  someone who has at least 5 years of experience in Java and J2EE. To help us with the programming and codification of our strategy.
We have created a strategy that works during backtesting but when we use the same for live testing, we get errors from the reports. We are not sure what the real issue is. Once our strategy is done and tested it would have to be configured to use the Algo system then it will do automated trading for us.
Now we are faced with errors.

Another problem that we are facing is that when we backtested our strategy with Micro Gold (the security/counter) we are faced with so many errors.

We just want the system (our strategy on Algo system) to start live trading but somehow it is not able to trade.
