Una aplicacion movil usada por gobiernos municipales y por los ciudadanos. El App tiene que tener habilidad de cobrarle al ciudadano y gobierno tiene que tener la habilidad de saber quien esta pagando en tiempo real, no puedo especificar mas detalles todavia por cuestiones de confidencialidad. Quiero conocer a programadores con amplia experiencia en APPS de Iphone y Android y que hayan hecho diferentes proyectos.
