Hola amigos basicamente deseo aprender como enviar notificaciones, les cuento.

Crear un app para ios y android con IONIC v1
Que aparezca un botón que diga enviar saludo
Que ese saludo se envíe a todos los que usen la app en ios y android como push notification.

Ideal si se puede en estos servicios o si se puede con otro quizas usando php como servidor.
