¿Quien conoce bien la herramienta SENDGRIND?
Actualmente tengo el plan pro 100K con IP dedicada

Tengo 2 problemas:
1.- Muchos correos no se estan entregando debido que no hice un "calentamiento de la IP"
Me han pasado instrucciones pero no se como solucionarlo

2.-Intento subir lista de contactos en formato CSV, 8 bits, como pone la documentación de SENDGRID, y me da "fatal error"
