Este Backoffice precisa ter as seguintes funções:

1 - limitar o numero de campeões
Regra: um campeão n pode ganhar duas vezes
2- notificar o sistema quando alguém ganhar
3- Notificar o controlador


se possível um botão pra duplicar a raspadinha seria legal
