Reacciones en directo para live facebook

Estos últimos días me han aparecido vídeos en directo en Facebook en los que hacen una pregunta y la gente responde haciendo click en las reacciones Me Gusta o Me encanta. Se cómo hacer vídeos en directo, pero nose cómo puedo incluir a mis vídeos en directo el contador de esas reacciones en tiempo real (me imagino que habrá que configurar un script y una APP de Facebook). ¿Alguien está interesado en ayudarme?
