Se requiere una aplicación Android mediante la cual se pueda capturar información entregada por un dispositivo bluetooth; deberá de almacenar dicha información en una base de datos SQL.
El dispositivo bluetooth tomara lectura de varias ubicaciones (a solicitud del usuario se consultara la bd para determinar las ubicaciones a medir), cada ubicación tendrá un código qr mediante el cual se identifica y valida la toma de lectura.
Después de realizar las lecturas y que el dispositivo Android esté conectado a la red local almacenará los datos recolectados en la BD
