- Endereço do titular da conta
- cpf (para conta da cemig) impresso na conta

o método deve receber a url de onde o arquivo se encontra, identificar os dados acima informados e retornar um json com as informações extraidas

a tecnologia em que será desenvolvido é indiferente.
