Portal web que está operativo ya bastante tiempo, lo que se requiere es corregir errores y aprovechar al máximo el diseño y formato de la plantilla y mejorar la integración del chat al portal (chat es un servicio externo que se usa en el portal) como también el servicio de login a los usuarios para accesar al portal y recibir correos (mailing list)
