dear business development community:

we need more outbound agents to cold call and set appointments for our clients in the cleaning industry.

We need to get our clients in the door of commercial places so they can provide an estimate and/or cleaning demo and begin to expand that side of their business.

Our Process

*You will be provided with all the leads and have to do 0 mining.

*You will use GoHigh Level CRM

*95% of the sales process is automated

*Shift times: 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon

*You must have your own computer and headset for calls.

*no night shifts, no evenings

what we expect from our agents for output & performance

*100 calls per day

*minimum set appointments: 10 per month

*total hours per week calling: 20 hours

*100% remote job

*training time: 1 to 3 days

*1 yr of experience

here's what we pay our agents starting out (with 1 yr of experience)

*all appointment setters must complete a 3 month (90 days) probation period

*monthy pay: $1,200 per month, if you book 10 appts, no cancellations.

*Any appointments booked after 10, within a month, 11, 12, 13, etc are an additional $60 per appointment booked.

*Paid every 2 weeks or 1x per month. You decide what you prefer.

*5% commission extra on top of deals we help close for clients.

*Bonuses available (tbd)

*4 hours a day, 5 days a week, you can make up to $60,000 usd a year.

Note: All our agents have always hit 10 appts every single month from their 1st month of working with us.

To Move Up In Our Company & Get Access To More Opportunities, You Must

*Peform consecutively for your assigned client for 3 months (90 days)

*Consecutively hit at least 10 appts per month for 3 months (90 days)

*Help sustain consistent growth for our clients
Understand the basics of a sales conversation.

Our Desired Appointment Setter Must

*Must speak fluent English, be from the USA or have lived at least 10+ years. (Understand USA business culture)

*Must be located in either North America or Latin America, no overseas, due to time zones.

*Flexible with time schedules since we have clients across all time zones.

*Be dependable and reliable.

*Be hungry to grow as a business professional.

*Be a team player and contribute in a collaborative way.
*Have the ability to do high output.

*Do not be afraid to pick up the phone and call, not be shy or timid.

*Learn quickly from our training.

*Have a great attitude.

*Have persistence and a never give up mentality.

Tips For Being Great At Cold Calling & Sending Your Recordings For Review

1. Do NOT say "how you are", "The reason I'm calling, contacting, or reaching out"

2. Do not use a the typical high pitch customer servicey tone. This makes one sound fake and unauthentic. This is B2B cold calling.

3. Be conversational and let it flow. Just be yourself as if you were having a conversation with friends and we're trying to get them to do something serious with you.

4. Have power, tone, and confidence.
