Remote Chat Sales & Customer Support (Non-Voice) – Philippines, Serbia, or North Africa Only

We are seeking dedicated, self-motivated individuals from the Philippines, Serbia, or North African countries to join our remote team as Chat-Based Sales & Customer Support Representatives. This is a fully remote, non-voice role where your main focus will be providing engaging customer interactions and promoting digital content through chat.

Responsibilities:

Interact with subscribers in a professional and friendly tone via chat

Promote and upsell digital content through meaningful conversations

Deliver excellent customer support and resolve inquiries promptly

Build rapport and trust to increase user engagement and conversion rates

Requirements:

Must be currently residing in the Philippines, Serbia, or North Africa

Excellent written communication skills in English

Sales or customer service background is preferred but not required

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently

Stable internet connection and quiet, focused work environment
