About:
This mobile application platform is created for the intended users to capture and upload pictures of road traffic offenders and also review the uploaded photos for knowing any actions or measures have taken against those law breakers. Moreover, there is another part of the mobile application platform where authorities whom are responsible for taking action against such measures will have a dedicated dashboard for them to review the uploaded photos from highway users and take rightful action against these road traffic offenders.
Requirements:
There will be three users in total who are the user, authority, and the admin.


User scope
•    The user should be able to login/register in order to use the system.
•    User can capture image/video or upload image/video from gallery of any traffic offences.
•    Users can select the traffic offences that the system accept.


•    Once the user uploaded the image/video, the users can select the location of incident.
•    Users can view the report history and status.

Authority Scope
•    The authority should be able to login into the system.
•    Authorities can view the report submitted together with the information.
•    Authorities can manage the report b adding comments, update the status and deleting the report.


Admin Scope
•    Admin should be able to login into the system.
•    Admin can view the users and authorities and also delete for any circumstances.
•    Admin can view the report and delete unnecessary reports.
