We need to hire a salesperson to contact and set appointments to sell online marketing services.
We have an already set database of leads to contact, and selected people will be provided with an official GSuite email address, calendar and a Ring Central account to work on that.
We will pay for effective appointment -not just the input on the calendar but the lead effectively attending the online meeting- and a bonus for each closed sales on that prospect. Commission-based paid trial period is for three months with the possibility to develop a fixed position as a salesperson/account manager on proven results, with more benefits and basic fixed income plus commissions.
Work is totally remote, but fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Also detail in the proposal the hours/week you can spend on the assignments and any proficiency or previous experience in business development.
