We are launching a new platform called Siblignk, currently focused on the auto repair industry but designed to scale into multiple sectors. Our tool helps small businesses structure their operations, automate customer engagement, and convert leads using a combination of human-guided processes and AI-driven automation.

We’re looking for a marketing and sales strategist to:

Help shape our initial outreach and sales team structure

Recruit and manage closers/setters

Build a sales culture rooted in human value, not pressure

Support with messaging and alignment between AI automations and human touch

The first offering will be the sale of professional websites for auto shops, a simple entry point to create trust and start relationships. We’ll then transition leads into our full Siblignk ecosystem.

We want someone who thinks beyond short-term sales and can structure a scalable system.

Contexto Geral do Projeto

Siblignk is more than a quoting tool or CRM. It’s a system that transforms how small businesses operate. Our long-term vision includes: Expansion into other industries (barbershops, local services, coaches) Development of personal-use features: goal tracking, AI-based sales tools, project execution for individuals Integration of mentors/coaches who lead sales teams and influence internal culture We are not looking for someone to “run ads and close deals only.” We are looking for a strategic partner to help us build a real, structured and emotionally intelligent sales framework with a scalable human+AI fusion. Ideal candidates understand human behavior, team motivation, and business automation. Fluent Spanish is a plus. Let us know if this vision speaks to you.
