Temos instaldo no site o Wordfence e Sucuri e fazemos uma varredura diariamente, removemos os códigos maliciosos e limpamos os scripts injetados no wp-config e index. Mas isso tem sido recorrente e precisamos sanar de vez a fonte do problema.
