A self learning troubleshooting system where users could select a few keywords like what kind of hardware/software and then the system could give solutions. The system then records it and ask for a rating if this solution fixed this for your specific problem then other users could also see which was the most effective solution. It is a basically an AI that self learns the company's problem(Problem that would occur on where it would be implemented, like for an example it would be implemented on an office where printer malfunctions would occasionally happen) and records them for the next time that specific problem happens again for other users
