Servicenow Architect for Expert Knowledge Sharing Sessions

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow professional, ideally a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Consultant, to conduct 1 or 2 practical and consultative sessions, each approximately 2 hours long. The primary goal of these sessions is dynamic knowledge sharing, not formal training on a specific module.

The sessions should cover a range of topics designed to enhance our team's understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platform. Key areas of discussion include:

- Recent updates and new functionalities within ServiceNow.
- Identification of valuable tools or modules that could bring significant benefits.
- Improvements and enhancements incorporated in the latest versions of the platform.
- Best practices for effective use and administration of ServiceNow.
- Common opportunities for improvement in existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Underutilized native functionalities that could be leveraged.
- Recommendations and practical examples derived from real-world implementation experiences.

We are looking for a professional with solid practical experience in implementations, a deep understanding of the platform's recent evolution, and awareness of typical errors and deprecated tools to avoid. The aim is to discover new possibilities and optimize our use of ServiceNow through expert insights.
