Necesito desarrollar un servicio/app (y disponer sólo del .apk, NO estará disponible via AppStore o GooglePlay), que se conecte a un endpoint para recibir un parámetro de hora (ej: 15:00), y luego saque una fotografía cuando se cumpla esa hora cada día. Luego llame a otro endpoint y envíe la fotografía.
Los endpoints se encuentran programados y disponibles en línea.

El servicio de debería poder configurar por medio de una interfaz gráfica muy elemental. El setting será un selector de calidad de la foto: alta, media o baja. El servicio debería correr en segundo plano desde el momento que se inicia el equipo y de manera persistente.
