I need a small asterisk solution for my business
Be able to choose hold music and put customers on hold
connect agent soft phone and / or  regular phones
set up the whole call flow and set up on the cloud
Security code system solution :
So when a costumer is on the phone with a agent , agent will be able to send the call to  to somewhere (IVR)  where pre recorded voice { we can provide } othat will tell the costumer " to enter the 4 digit code "
After what code is entered the call returns to agent
to start we only need 1 agent so it will not be complicated however more agents will be added over time .
