We are seeking a freelance SharePoint expert to configure our company page, department pages, and setup document management features for our intranet. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SharePoint and experience in developing customized intranet solutions. They should be able to work independently and have a creative mindset to design an intuitive and user-friendly interface. In addition, knowledge of document management best practices is necessary for this role. The main responsibilities of the freelance SharePoint expert include:

-  Organise workshop with SharePoint site owners (10ppl) to collect requirement for their respective department pages
- Configuring company page and department pages
- Upload content on company page and department pages
- Train intranet Admin (Super User) and Department page admin
- Setting up document management features (versioning, approval workflows,...)
- Devise a solution to enable non Microsoft 365 users to view the intranet pages
- Designing an intuitive and user-friendly interface
- (separately quote an ongoing support to ABG)
